We reserve the right to decline a booking if operational requirements cannot be met.
3. Payment
Booking is free and no upfront payment is required unless explicitly stated. In many cases, guests may choose to pay on the day of the tour by card or cash.

4. Cancellations and Changes

If a tour cannot operate due to force majeure or operational reasons, guests will be offered an alternative or cancellation without penalty.
5. Cruise Schedule and Delays
Our tours are designed around cruise ship schedules and include safety margins for return to port.
However, guests are responsible for providing correct ship arrival and departure information at booking time.
We are not responsible for missed tours due to incorrect information provided by the guest or late arrival at the meeting point.
6. Meeting Points and Punctuality
Meeting instructions are provided after booking confirmation.
Guests must arrive on time at the indicated meeting point. Tours cannot be delayed for late arrivals. No-shows are not refundable unless stated otherwise.
Guides may carry Tours 4 Cruisers signs or identification.
7. Health and Participation
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the selected tour.
Any mobility limitations, medical conditions, or special needs must be communicated in advance. Not all tours are suitable for all mobility levels.
8. Third-Party Suppliers
Some services may be delivered by trusted local partners. While we select partners carefully, we are not liable for acts or omissions beyond our direct control.
9. Liability
Participation in tours is at your own risk.
